Why is the list of finalists for the INTEL Science Talent Search, the historic recognition bestowed upon the nation's best and the brightest highschoolers that excel in science, predominantly ethnically Indian and Chinese.   What does this tell us about raising our children?  Anything? Is our nation  interested in  studies which  show how parents raise students which excel in scientific creativity? Think there is a difference?   Have Asians figured it out?
