Best and Worst track-out programs in the Raleigh Area

My little boy will be starting Kindergarten next year, I can hardly believe it. He will be going to a year round school and I thought that since so many schools have gone to year round, that we could benefit from each other's experiences on the best and the worst track out programs. There are lots out there!

My kids have gone to Right Track Academy in Raleigh off of Creedmoor Rd.
For the week they do different activities but they also work on a show that they "present" to the parent's on Friday. My kids loved it and the staff was great. They also enjoyed going to the Iceplex. They get to ice skate and do some different things. Both were reasonably priced as well. They have been to the YMCA also. I try to find them different things to do each time. Hope this helps!

My son went to Right Track Academy several times and it was his favorite of all camps he attended. By making their own sets, costumes, and performing the play at the end of the week, they build a lot of confidence. During the summer we did some camps thru Arts Together in Raleigh that he enjoyed. The YMCA camp is okay during track out, but there are hundreds of kids in the summer and he was a little overwhelmed with it. Good luck, I hope you like the year round schedule, -- we absolutely loved it!!
