Coming Out
I'm coming out. Not that way. (Not judging—just explaining.)
But if you look at my blog, you’ll notice a real name. My name. When I first started with Triangle Mom2Mom, I had tried (and failed) in several attempts to start a blog on other venues.
What did I want to say? Who did I want to say it to? Should it be personal or business? Well, with such unanswered fundamental questions, it’s no surprise that the blogs didn’t last past the first entries.
Then, along came this blog. From the beginning, it’s been a wonderful, encouraging environment with many different voices all saying the same thing to each other: you go girl.
But when I started, I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to reveal about myself—including my name. So I became ncwriter4. That’s descriptive, huh? As time has passed, and we’ve gotten to know each other better, I see the folly of my ways, and I’d like to introduce myself to you.
Hi. I’m Pamela DeLoatch. Nice to be with all of you.

Gutsy!
Me - I'm staying in the closet. The anonymity allows me to be candid. I think my posts would be subject to amelioration*, if I was really me.
(Such as this post here. If I were me, I would probably look up that word* to see if it actually made sense here. But the dictionary is across the room. If you met me, you would have no idea that I posted this silly response, so I have no motivation to verify it's coherence.)
Signed, Me.
Whoever I am.
Well, I still won't tell you my weight. ;)
Funny you should mention that...
When I first read the "Coming Out" blog, I remembered that. I thought: This is the same person who referred to a weight issue some months back. I couldn't remember exactly what it was about (maybe that your kids couldn't keep a secret?). And I couldn't remember if absolute weight was confessed in the previous blog, but then concluded it must not have been, if you chose to reveal your secret identity.
(I am definetly spending too much time thinking about this. I need to get out more.)
I'll freely give out my shoe size. Occasionally my age (I think that was the one that was mentioned earlier). My height, as well, if you're curious. The rest: state secrets!
