Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit Extended

The N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences is extending its Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit through Jan. 4. It was scheduled to close Dec. 28.

And the museum is adding extra hours beginning Dec. 26 to view the exhibit. It will be open daily (except for New Year's Day when it's closed) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Last tickets are sold at 7 p.m.  

The exhibt features the oldest biblical manuscripts in existence. Click here for more information and to buy tickets, which range between $3 for kids under 5 and $22 for adults.

The exhibit is best for middle schoolers and up.
