Papa Murphy's, the take-and-bake pizza chain that's pretty new to the area, will donate 15 percent of its proceeds from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., April 22, to Wake County Smart Start.

Wake County Smart Start is a nonprofit group that works to make sure kids from birth to age 5 are ready for success in school and life. The benefit is part of the national Week of the Young Child.
