I am interested in finding a foreign language class program for my 3 year but have not had any luck in finding one in Raleigh. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
You could look into "Language Tots" pre-school - there is one in Cary & one in Briar Creek. It's a pre-school that integrates both Spanish & French into their half-day program.
Atlas International School is a private school from preschool to 6th grade. They have a wonderful foreign language immersion preschool program for Spanish and/or French.

My daughter went to Spanish for Fun in Cary last summer. It was excellent.
