is it acid reflux?
when my daughter was about a month old she would start spitting up quite often. it wasn't a lot, but it kept happening, even an hour after she ate. after a few weeks of this it turned into all out vomiting where everything, from couch cushions to her clothes, were soaked. her pediatrician said it was probably acid reflux. she didn't recommend medication because she wasn't in pain and obviously wasn't having trouble gaining weight (she's a very chubby little girl).
it seemed to go away after a couple of months. but now she's almost six months old and she's puking again. but this time it's not white and gooey, it's like super watery milk. she does it a lot and i'm scared she might get dehydrated. she doesn't run a fever, and again she doesn't seem to be in pain with it.
does it sound like another bought of acid reflux?

If you are nursing (and even if not) this might be a very helpful link. I used it a LOT when my son was spitting up a lot (in hindsight we discovered it was due to allergies though)...
