John Rosemond
It's a twofer in John Rosemond's column today.
He says it's OK for Grandma to spend some quality time while an almost three-year-old is in the bathroom or falling asleep (mom says it's not necessary).
And he tells a mom to leave her 13-year-old son alone even though he can't find things to entertain himself during the summer.
I think I'm going to have to agree with him actually on both points. In both cases, his message to the moms seems to be: Settle down - they're fine. Which is probably good advice for all moms once in a while.
