Laser Treatment for spider veins-need advice!~

Just a question ladies....I have some icky spider veins on my legs that I've fantasized about getting rid of for years. But since it's not a medical neccessity, and not cheap, I never looked into the injections seriously. But fooling arond on google, I ran across the Body Lase Skin Spa on Creedmoor Road that can do laser removal for probably a couple of hundred dollars. I have a consultation next week. But I'm curious...have any of you had this procedure, know anyone that has, know anything about it, or anything about this particular place?? Any thoughts much appreciated!!!!!!!!!

I've had the saline injections (done when I lived out-of-town). They work, though I had to have later injections after a few years, as the veins came back (or they were new ones, I'm not sure). Which has more risk of a negative result or side effect, saline injections or laser removal? I'd go with the less risky procedure.
