Jamie (1) and John Paul's (5) favorite character is COOKIE MONSTER!! They love him because he can eat cookies whenever he wants to and his favorites seem to be chocolate chip!!
HELLO THERE ! ITS MEEE ! COOCKIIEEE MONSTER!!! okkk! bye bye!
We love cookie monster because he loves coockies just like my daughter !!!
My favorite character is Elmo. We enjoyed the "Tickle Me Elmo" doll so much that he's become a favorite in our home.
My favorite Sesame Street character is Grover. I love his "near and far" sketch and anytime he is the waiter. Hilarious!
My favorite character right now is Oscar the Grouch!!!! There are just so many days when I feel that I am just like him-GROUCHY!!!
Our favorite character is Super Grover! He has the power to fly; even if he's still working on those landing skills.
Barkley the dog was my favorite because I had a blanket with him on it!
Elmo!!!! My 18 month old "sings" Elmo's Song and loves everything Elmo:)
My daughter's favorite character is Elmo. She has loved him since infancy - I think it's the voice and he has a fish. She has "shishes" too - of course named Dorothy! She loves to dance when he sings.
Katie says her favorite is Zoe "because she does ballet like me":)
I have always loved Grover and my 2 year old loves Elmo and Dorothy!
My favorite character is oscar the grouch because he's so likeable :)!
My favorite character is Elmo. I fell in love with Elmo with my niece and nephew. When I had my son I introduced him to Elmo and the rest is history. We are a Elmo house. Everywhere you look there is something Elmo. We are now in the process of looking for Elmo bedding for a full size bed. If we can't find it in the stores, I've already got someone lined up to make the bedding for my son's "Big Boy" bed.
My favorite characher with out a doubt is grover. Super grover, but my favorite skits are the ones when he is the server and never brings the guy what he wants...lol I laugh all the time. However my son's favorite character would be Elmo.. he carries the talking elmo around all over the place, even learned how to turn him on and off and press all the little buttons to make him talk (he is 22 months old).
My favorite Sesame Street character is, without a doubt, Cookie Monster! He and I are soulmates, because I would eat cookies all day long if I could! The only difference big between us is that I am not fuzzy and blue. :)
My favorites are Bert, Oscar, and Cookie Monster, because I share characteristics of all 3!
My nonverbal son with Autism must love Elmo! It is one of the few words he has said! :0)
I lov elmo because he is red and this what my kids see first the red color
Our favorite Sesame Street Character is Elmo and has been since our daughter discovered my Elmo...
My favorite and my 2YO MaeMae's favorite is Cookie Monster. She started doing impressions of CM at 14 months. Never gets old. To stop her from throwing toys down the air vents I told her there was a monster in the air ducts. She got a big smile and told her mommy that Cookie Monster is under our house.
Elmo because my Grandsons absolutley LOVE him. When he comes on, they sit and watch him and most importantly, they smile.
My favorite Sesame Street Character is Elmo. On Sesame Street he sings he intro and outro song which my daughter loves to sing all day. It makes her smile and he's fun to watch.
Growing up, my favorite Sesame Street character was Cookie Monster, and I still remember the picture of me taken when I was about 2 years hold in the late 70's, curls flying, hugging my Cookie Monster in the big white chair in our living room. My 3 year old would probably say Zoe and Elmo, but I don't think they were around when I was young!
Bert!! His crazy hair rocks. Second would be cookie monster. I appreciate and understand his messiness and love of all things "cookie" related.

Actually, my husband likes Cookie Monster, because when the cookies are gone because of him, he blames it on Cookie Monster. I like Mr. Snuffleupagus, because he knows how to be a good, loyal friend to Big Bird. Many people need to learn to follow his example.

Actually my husband and I each have our own favorite. When the cookies are snatched by my husband, he likes to blame it on Cookie Monster. I like Mr. Snuffleupagus, because he is a good and loyal friend to Big Bird. Some people need to learn to follow his example.
We like Cookie Monster. Who doesn't like cookies? Plus he's blue, so that is the "in" color with my boys these days. Cookies.....YUMmy yummy YUM!
I wonder so many chose Cookie Monster. I am not a big fan of how they turned the Cookie monster into a vegatable monster. They show him eating fruits and veggies and cookies are a sometimes food. What kid really pays attention to that.. all they see is a funny blue monster devouring cookies. However I will say I do like the song captian vegetable...lol.
Also, I like the post about snuffle - he is a loyal friend - and I agree that there should a lesson learned from that character. My husband would say his favorite is Oscar the grouch... he is similar! Loving but not one to always show it. I am still sticking with Grover!
I have always loved Grover because when I was little he seemed to have the biggest imagination. I also loved that he could turn into Super Grover and fly. My little boy loves to pretend to be a superhero and I think of Grover whenever my little one flies across the living room! My son likes Elmo and Dorothy because he loves the colors in elmo's world and likes to watch fish swim.
My favorite character is Elmo because he is positive, kind, and funny (all desired traits for my children)...he even seemed to make watching Sesame Street enjoyable for my husband and I!
My favoriate is Big Bird. Hes so big and soooo yellow!! He is always so very kind and polite to everyone he encounters!
Oscar the grouch is our favorite..he's funny even though tries not to be. He keeps it real.
Oscar the grouch is our favorite..he's funny even though tries not to be. He keeps it real.
We love Elmo!!!! The way he makes us all laugh is great!!
Elmo is our favorite hands down since he has the uncanny ability to make our little one laugh with glee (and dance this ridiculous dance whenever she hears his theme song being played)!
My daughter's favorite is Elmo! She LOVES Elmo's World!
As a kid I use to like Bert and Ernie. I loved their antics and all the funny songs they would sing like the paper clip song, rubber ducky, and the "L" or la la la song. They are different from each other, but respect one another's differences and learn to get along.
My children love Elmo who is a big part of Sesame street. They love Elmo's world and other Elmo movies that have come out. Elmo's cookbook with Emeril, which also included other well-known people were one of their fav movies for a while.
my favorite character is elmo it always has been because he is so cute and adorable and red.
That's so magic! If you never heard this words, you probably don't know my favority caracther...Abby Cadabby!
Abby Cadabby or Abigail, in my native language Spanish, is the fairy in training who makes a lot of mistakes. Abby only is three years old and is Elmo's best friend.
She really enjoys being a girl, and loves wearing pretty dresses and is a great example of a truly gilrs friendship. Eventough she wasn't around when I group up, I am glad she is part of the show now, becuase that's the kind of friend that I want for my kids.
Also, I love when Abby always call her mother for advice, just like any good girl will do!
My son doesn't know Sesame St yet but my favorite is Cookie Monster is my favorite because C is for Cookie is the most fun song and who doesn't like a cookie every know and then.
Snuffleupagus will always be my favorite! And the girl Snuffie is pretty great too.
Our whole families favorite character is ELMO! my 7 year old daughter says he is her favorite color. My 4 year old remembers her second birthday that was all Elmo!As a mom I love Elmo because he made it easy for me to take a shower, go to the bathroom(alone),or just talk to a friend on the phone! All I had to do was pop in one of his video tapes and my girls were thrilled and mommy could breath for a few minutes lol!!Now that I have my boy (yay finally!!!) he too watches Elmo and playes with all of the Elmo toys that we have passed down over the last 7 years! Elmo is timeless, gentle, educational, and with all of the craziness and scary things that go on in the world one less thing we as parents have to worry about and instead welcome into our children's lives, how refreshing!!
We love Abby Cadabby because she does magic, and who wouldn't love to do that?? The two and five year olds love Elmo as well, he just never gets old. Every house has to have a little Elmo in it every day!!
Big bird's cute little friend birdy. Because he looks cute. Big bird takes care of him. His little baby, little bird.
My favorite character was Oscer because he was really nice even though he tried not to be, and he would read to the squirmy at bed time.
