I never would have thought of Wallace and Grommit. That's a great idea. Thank you! We just signed up for Netflix (I know - five years behind the times). We'll have to check it out.
We did actually watch Snow White over the weekend. It was a reward that I'd promised her before I remembered how scary it was. Of all the princesses, my daughter loves Snow White.
I watched it the night before and there are some pretty scary parts. So I prepped her for it, my mom has a Snow White book so we read that to her. And she did fine. Wasn't scared at all. Kept asking where the wicked witch was, but wasn't concerned about it at all.
I have seen a lot. Parenting for over 25 years and having to watch everything over and over you start know most of them well.
I like Wallace & Grommit and a lot of the UK programming.
.
Polar Express is the most child friendly movie I have seen.
Charlotte's Web, the original... I haven't seen the new one.
Jungle Book, the original.
Curious George
Mary Poppins
Sesame Street Follow That Bird or Elmo In Grouchland
Sometimes Babe, but it depends on the family and whether they want their child to know where meat comes from.
A lot of the older Disney "human actor" films are pretty safe.

Cinderella is the least scary Disney.
Wallace and Grommit are my favorites; not scary and so creative. I actually enjoy watching too!
