Newbie relocating to Chapel Hill
Hello everyone, My family and I are relocating to Chapel Hill this summer for my new job. I came across this site as I looked for information on the area. I have a two and a half year old daughter. It feels like everything is still up in the air as I try to sort out where we will live, what kind of child care we will get, how we will deal with being so far away from our friends and family. It is all a bit overwhelming but I am hoping to set down new roots in NC and am looking forward to learning more about my future home.

The Triangle is a great place for families. Lots to do for kids and the traffic isn't bad most of the time. I've lived in Raleigh and Durham, but not Chapel Hill but know others who live or work there. And there are lots of other families who've move here from other areas.
