A NOT SO HAPPY DAY AT CHUCKY CHEESE

MOMS- PLEASE READ @ CHUCKY CHEESE!!!

I went to the Chucky Cheese website, for the CONTACT US section, but it did not SEND. Please see that this email gets to the right person. Thanks for your help....

There are @ 10-12 of us, that go 2-4 times a month. We had and were planning to have more, bday parties there.

Well, yesterday, 11/19, we were just getting our 4 tables, had not had time to order yet, and the manager(said he was new in Sept., but we have never seen this man before) said we couldn't bring outside food in. There is no sign, outside or in, that says this. We have been bringing food from home, for years. And in January, I had my son's 3rd bday party there, and added fruit and other snacks, to the Chucky Cheese pizza. (NOT FOOD FROM MCDONALD'S OR OTHER PLACES, JUST FROM HOME) 1- we have babies 2- I was baby-sitting a teen ager, who just got braces, and was eating a soft sandwich 3- my 3 year old has peanut allergies.

We always order $40-$60 worth of Chucky E Cheese food, and more in tokens, each week- but we just had not placed our order yet! This man did not want to hear our explanation, and really said he could not cater to just us, with the allergy issue, because anybody could say they have allergies.

AND, another group was there with TACO BELL food, and he did not say anything to them!!! We had food from home, not another place.

We love coming to Chucky E Cheese, but need to bring a little food from home. You don't have milk, and the babies don't drink soda or the fruit punch yet. We would really like to continue coming, but we were really upset with this man's actions. No other manager or staff member has told us this before. Everyone else has been friendly, and welcomes us, and knows us, because we are there so much.

Sincerely A Concerned Mom- Deborah

We apologize for any inconvenience however this is a company policy and always has been. We do not allow in outside food and drinks other than cake and ice-cream.

Thank you,

Trade formula...  A friend of a friend's child passed away. When cleaning out some items, she had PEDIASURE ENTERNAL FORMULA. She gave it to me for my baby but he is not tubal fed. It is 24 cans @ $35.oo worth. I can't use it but would like for a child, who is tubal fed, to be able to use it. My  baby is on Enfamil, Next Step, @ $25.00 a can. I would like to trade for my formula or $20.oo.

thanks- Deborah  dbowen4@nc.rr.com
