Playing in the hose at home
Here is a question that probably has a very obvious answer, but please, clue me in. With the watering restrictions, does that also include using the hose to fill up wading pools and sprinkler toys. I haven't let my kids use these things yet, because I am not sure if the restrictions also include this. Anyone know, because my kids are melting!

Here are the rules in Raleigh.
By my reading, it's OK to fill up a pool because you can use a handheld hose at all times, but you can only use a sprinkler at certain times.
My daughter LOVES the hose. We only use it to water our vegetable garden, but she always ends up getting soaking wet.
