Recall: Cloth book and Weight Watchers doll

A couple of recalls to report today from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Weight Watchers is recalling about 420,000 plush hungry figures and magnets because sewing needles have been found inside the stuffing. The figures were sold exclusively by Weight Watchers between April and July for between $4 and $7. If you have one, you should return it to Weight Watchers for a full refund or credit. Click here for more information.

And about 15,000 of eebee's "Have a Ball" Adventures Cloth Books have been recalled because of a strangulation hazard. A string attaching a ball to the book can get tangled in the basketball hoop in the book, posing a danger to young children. The books are for kids ages 9 to 36 months and were sold between June 2008 and June 2009 for about $15. Click here for details on what you should do if you have the book and more information.
