Recall: Croc-like shoes

About 1.4 million pairs of Buster Brown's clog shoes for children are being recalled because they pose a choking hazard, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced today.

The shoes have decorative wheels that can detach. No injuries have been reported.

The recall involves plastic Croc-like shoes that are designed to resemble a car. The shoes are red, brown, blue, yellow and pink and most are emblazoned with the words Cars, Transformers Animated or Barbie. The shoes were sold in children sizes 5 to 13 and youth sizes 1 to 3.

They were sold at major retailers, including J.C. Penney, Rack Room, Sears, Payless, Target and Wal-Mart from August 2007 through June 2009 for $10 to $25. About 73,000 pairs were recalled in April.

If you have a pair, click here for more information about what to do with them. Here are a few of the recalled models.
