I am looking at buying property in Meadow, NC and looking into childcare before school. Does anyone know anything about the area in regards to possibilities? My husband and I both have to be at work early, so we'll have to drop off a little early as well. I realize the school only has after school care. Any info...please share! Thanks! :)
