Share Past Mom's Day Pics
My Mother's Day wish is a nap (and I've said this before) some German chocolate cake and time to exercise.
In honor of Mother's Day, I thought it might be nice if everybody shared some photos and memories of past Mother's Days. Go here to post your photo. Make sure that in the box named "related categories" to tag it in the "Being a Mom" and "Mother's Day" slots so that we will be able to see them all together.
One trick for submitting photos. Our system can be a little fussy sometimes. Make sure there are no spaces in the name of your photo - just letters or numbers. Thanks!

Wow Sarah! I could just go for your Mother's Day! I did request sleeping in and breakfast in bed which is a tradition of ours for Mother's Day. And the German Chocolate Cake. Nice.

I'm too uncoordinated to do breakfast in bed. i'm sure i'd spill something all over the place! i bet that's a really sweet tradition though in your family!
About once a week, around 8 p.m., I turn to my husband and say, "I could go for some German chocolate cake." He hates it. So I hardly ever have it except when it's on the menu at a restaurant (which is very rare except once I had it at Second Empire. Unfortunately that's not an everyday kind of restaurant). But I think I might get lucky this weekend.
