Michelle of Twice as Nice consignment sale in Apex tells me that they've moved back their sale to the original date of Feb. 26 through Feb. 28.

The sale is in a new location at New Horizon's Fellowship Annex Building, 820 E. Williams St., in Apex.  The Web site has all the details on shopping and consigning. 

They'd moved it to the first weekend of February because of concerns about compliance with new federal rules that require testing of kids products for lead and phthalates. But lots of sale organizers feel a lot more comfortable now that the feds issued guidelines for  resellers that says they don't have to test (though it is still illegal for consignment sales or thrift stores to sell anything with more than the legal lead limit).
