Watching your child sleep

Have you ever just stood over your child watching them sleep? I caught myself watching my daughter sleep in her crib for the 1st time last night. She was sleeping so good and quite that I was afraid she was not going to wake up for her bottle. I just stood there for like 10 mins finally my husband said honey you cant get in the crib with her.... Come to bed.... Has anyone else done this?

I love to watch my children sleep. They look so innocent and peaceful.

I have taken pictures of them while sleeping so I can savor the image. (A little tricky, as the flash will go off in the dim room, but they have never woken up.)

I don't have children myself but I stay home with my nephew since he was born and I sometimes watching him sleep peacefully, I feel so good every time I did that. But he is 5 year old boy now. Time fly so fast.

I don't usually walk in while he is sleeping for fear of waking him. I am guilty of holding him for a while after he has nursed and fallen sleep to give him kisses and just stare at him. Ah, such a beautiful guilty pleasure..

The children and babies have the best peaceful face in the world. They are never burdened. Just wish that I could turn back time with time machine.

Oh my! Its a really comforting experience to see the children sleep and especially when they are in their childhood. I am old know. I still remember how my three kids used to sleep with me on my Memory Foam Mattress. My husband always used to say that you are loving children more.
