Will you get an H1N1 flu shot?

A government panel has recommended who should get the H1N1 vaccination first: pregnant women, followed by children, people with underlying medical conditions, people who care for babies, and health care workers.

Read more about the recommendations by clicking here.

The vaccine should be available this fall. Will you get it for yourself (if you qualify) and your kids? Or are you leery about it's safety or effectiveness?

nope. not for me. But I have no young children, and am rarely around them. (And I suspect that my daughter and I had it already: we got a serious flu in April after flying home from Texas from a flu region. ) At least I'm hoping that is the flu we had!

I've never had the flu in my life, and neither have my kids. My husband had it once, the year he got a flu shot....I'm highly skeptical of the whole flu vaccine business. However, I'm sure I've now jinxed myself and will be deathly ill next week.
