The Festival for the Eno, now in its 29th year, is a huge three-day festival with live music, activities, crafts, food and more.

Kids and adults will delight in creating projects, discovering one another's creativity and learning about art together. A different them each week means there's always something new to explore. Plus, participants will build a wonderful collection of take-home art.

The American Dance Festival offers three one-hour performances geared toward kids.

June 14: Trisha Brown and Ririe-Woodbury dance companies

June 21: Pilobolus

July 5: Paul Taylor Dance Company and Aspen Santa Fe Ballet

The symphony's Summerfest series is perfect for families. Bring a picnic and lawn chairs. And from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the June 7, June 14, June 28 and July 5 concerts, the Instrument Zoo is an opportunity for kids to meet musicians and check out their instruments.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $22 at the door. (A couple are $25 in advance and $30 at the door). Kids 12 and under are free.

Bring your lawn chairs, picnic baskets, popcorn, and blankets (no alcohol please), and enjoy a movie in Moore Square.
