Elena, a photographer and member of an adoptive family, had spent the previous year documenting children orphaned by HIV in Addis Ababa. It's a bit of a drive, but it's worth it. Celebrity Dairy will open up its doors Saturday and Sunday afternoon so the public can see the farm, which turns out popular goat cheese, in operation. Visitors could see baby goats and goats being born, plus ramble around the 300 acres and miles of trails. A light lunch is available for purchase. The Philharmonic Association is bringing together three local student groups to put on Don Quixote at the Wedding of Camacho at 3 p.m., Feb. 8, at Athens Drive High School Auditorium, 1420 Athens Dr., in southwest Raleigh. The Triangle Youth Philharmonic, Raleigh Dance Theatre and Enloe Chamber Choir will perform the comic Baroque opera by Telemann. The performance also incorporates Telemann’s Don Quixote Suite.
