An annual homage to the scarecrow! Build a scarecrow and enjoy refreshments and other activities. Forms to support your scarecrow are provided along with the stuffing material. You come prepared with your scarecrow's wardrobe and creativity. All scarecrows remain on display as long as weather permits. Plan to leave your scarecrow at Pullen Arts Center. Bring a picnic lunch if you like! The festival is free, but scarecrow space is limited so register early. Start: 1:00 pm

Since World War II, soldiers have worn personal identification tags called dog tags. Visit the North Carolina Museum of History’s military history gallery on November 7th from 1 – 3 p.m. and make your own dog tag to take home. Start: 1:00 pm
Musical. Life lessons in self-confidence, lots of laughs and songs at the Raleigh Little Theatre. Come join Snoopy – one of the most dynamic and recognizable comic characters in the world – and his friends Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Peppermint Patty, Sally and Woodstock as they bring this 58-year-old comic strip to life on the stage!
