History Corner: Aw Nuts!
"Goober," "pindar" and "ground pea" are just a few ways of saying "peanut." The North Carolina Museum of History invites children ages 5-9 (with an adult) to come on November 5th from 10 – 11 a.m. and learn how peanuts became a North Carolina specialty. This program is presented with Cameron Village Regional Library. To register for this program, call 919-807-7992.
