Presented by Raleigh's parks department in collaboration with the N.C. State Fair. Admission and activities, including games, inflatables, live entertainment, music and fireworks, are free.

Free parking is available near Gate 9 Trinity Road. Gates open at 2:30 p.m. and activities start at 3 p.m. Fireworks start at 9:15 p.m.

In the case of bad weather, indoor activities continue, outdoor activities are canceled and the fireworks display will be rescheduled for July 5 at 9 p.m.
