In keeping with its mission to provide opportunities for enrichment to its members, Planet Child of Cary will welcome pediatrician, author, and mother Margaret McCullers Kocsis for a book signing. Dr. Kocsis will speak at Planet Child on April 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM where she will introduce healthy eating concepts from her book Savvy Eating for the Whole Family: Whole Foods, Whole Planet, Whole Life. Dr. Kocsis will address the nutritional needs of toddlers, ways to get a picky eater to eat, and how families on the run can prepare healthy, quick meals.
