Build a scarecrow and enjoy refreshments and other activities. Forms to support your scarecrow are provided, along with the stuffing. Bring your scarecrow's wardrobe. Scarecrows remain on display at the arts center.

The festival is free, but scarecrow space is limited, so register. Other family activities scheduled.
