An annual homage to the scarecrow! Build a scarecrow and enjoy refreshments and other activities. Forms to support your scarecrow are provided along with the stuffing material. You come prepared with your scarecrow's wardrobe and creativity. All scarecrows remain on display as long as weather permits. Plan to leave your scarecrow at Pullen Arts Center. Bring a picnic lunch if you like!

The festival is free, but scarecrow space is limited so register early.
