Looking for a classy date for you and your science sweetie? Join us for an enchanting evening
learning about enology, or the science of wine. 
Stimulate both your brain and your taste buds with wine sampling and
education from Wine Authorities and the Chatham Hill Winery.  The NC State Food Science Club will also be
on hand to help expand your wine knowledge. Also enjoy five wine samples, light
hors d’ oeuvres of cheese, crackers and desserts. Taste something you
like?  Glasses and bottles of wine will
be available for additional purchase during the night. This event is for ages
21 and older; Id’s required for proof of age.
