Lovely bugs
The Bug Festival in Downtown Raleigh is a GREAT day out with the kiddos, PLUS, it's educational. There was so much to do and see that my husband didn't want to bring the kids home! Raleigh has this festival every year and this was our first year going, but I totally recommend it. (please note the look of astonishment on Tirzah's face)....cracks me up.

Your pictures and kids are adorable! We loved BugFest too though my DD wouldn't get anywhere near the biggest bugs! Like mom I guess.

We were in the Milford/ West Haven area. My husband grew up there and this is first time "away from home". I am originally from Ohio but went from the to Chicago then onto Canada (Quebec) for 12 years before coming back to our wonderful country. I landed in CT and loved it but I have to say the weather and people here are unbeatable.

Hey Traci, The Milford area is a nice area up there. I agree with your thoughts on the weather and people. Being down here for four years has certainly spoiled us. When we went back up to CT for a visit last year, I was surprised at how rude people were, but when we lived there, I never noticed it! Cady
