Tea time

For Chloe's birthday this year I put on a tea party for her and a few of her friends.  They really got into it.  Of course, I didn't make fancy tea party things, just cupcakes and ice cream, but we set out my wedding china and the girls glued flowers to straw hats.  We all got dressed up and all the guests had to talk with English accents for the whole party.  It was really fun.  After tea, they all went out for a promenade in my (rather seasonally sad looking) gardens.  Before long, the girls were using words like "despicable" and "lovely" and "darling" in these hysterical English accents.  It was great!  I got all of the fake flowers and fans at the dollar store, so it really was cost efficient. Cady www.cadydidrooms.com
