It's been two weeks. I know it's been hard to get out there and stay motivated to run/walk/jog. But hopefully you've done it and you feel good! Now it's time to kick it into gear and really set your sights. The goals this week include: 1) sign up for a 5k or 10k race in the spring 2) increase your running time ( not pace!)
